What kind of shipping method do you offer?
Our orders are generally shipped via USPS or FedEx depending on the size of the item and your location, and may take 5-7 business days to deliver. We offer USPS Priority Services at an additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal payments.
Can I return my item?
We offer a 30 day return policy, please be sure to inspect your item when it has been received, and if you encounter any issues feel free to contact us and one of our representatives would be able to assist you.
Will you charge a restocking fee?
Returned products may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
I received a defective item what should I do?
Pictures are required to demonstrate the defects on products prior to return. Please let our representatives know so they may be able to assist you.
